They feel I am FAKE

You and your friend are like cats who ask for attention and then get scared when I meet their demands.
Similarly, I was offered me exactly what I wanted, I ran away, assuming it was fake!
So... When people get what they want, they feel that it is fake.
I only thought, "what does he want from me?"
So you must have thought, "what do you want from me??"

Perhaps I act the same way about you,
except it is my Mom's friends telling me not to talk to your friends, and your friends telling me what to think.
Whereas with you, it is your role model's friends telling you not to talk to me, and I... Am telling you what to think??
But...
Everyone thinks I'm fake. EVERYONE ...

People have very specific expectations,
and when I meet those expectations, they tell me what to think
and when I think what they want, they feel I am FAKE
and when I try to understand their assumptions, they tell me I am deluding myself,
and set new expectations.
If I don't meet people's expectations then they tell me to leave them alone,
and when I leave them alone they want me back.

This is how everyone works.
Yet trying to find people's expectations, and knowing when you've met them is a game of chance. And trying to influence their expectations is wrong (in my opinion).
But people consist of beliefs! And when you disagree with their beliefs they defend themselves (generalizations by either party can lead to misinterpretation here),
and when you disagree with their justifications, they either lose trust in you, or begin relying on you.

Maybe I am a fake. Maybe I was only taught to act self-conscious. Maybe nobody has a soul. But if no one or everyone has a soul makes no difference to reality: You are still important to me. So let's continue believing that we have a spiritual existence.
